We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website following any posted changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you find the Terms unacceptable at any time, you must cease use of the website immediately.

SECTION 1 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & USER REPRESENTATIONS
By accessing our website, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you confirm and represent that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, whichever is greater;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• All information you provide to us — including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information — is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are purchasing products for your own personal, non-commercial use and will not resell, redistribute, export, or use them for any commercial purpose;
• Your use of this website and purchase of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Orders placed by individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe was placed by a minor.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, ORDERS & PAYMENT
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase the specified products at the price and terms stated at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance by Nexora. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time and for any reason, without liability. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product, to discontinue products at any time, and to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, or to notify you of the error and provide you with the option to proceed at the corrected price.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders enter our fulfillment system immediately to ensure prompt processing and delivery. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from our refusal to cancel an order once it has been placed.
Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you represent that: (a) you are fully authorized to use the payment method provided; (b) all payment information is accurate and complete; (c) sufficient funds or credit are available; and (d) you will be responsible for any fees or charges associated with your payment method.
We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or errors initiated by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the owed amount by any lawful means and to refuse future orders from you.
We may use third-party payment processors, which may update your stored card information (such as expiration date) through card account updater services. If you wish to opt out, contact your card issuer directly.
Product Availability & Accuracy
We do not guarantee the availability of any product. Products may be discontinued, have limited quantities, or become unavailable without notice. Product images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly. We make no warranty that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
Personal Use
All products purchased from Nexora are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, modify, or export any product purchased through our website. Any breach of this condition may result in cancellation of your account and any pending orders.
SECTION 3 — SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed on the next business day following your purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
All shipping timeframes displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates only and are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute a delivery guarantee of any kind. Nexora is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages if your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe. No refunds, credits, or order cancellations will be issued solely on the basis of a shipping delay. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and your location.
Non-Delivery Claims
If your order has not been received and your tracking information does not show a "Delivered" status within 90 days of your purchase date, please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com. In such cases, you will be eligible to request a refund or a reshipment at no additional cost, subject to our verification of the tracking record.
If your tracking information shows a "Delivered" status, your order will be considered successfully delivered and will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment on the basis of non-receipt. In such cases, please see the steps below under Shipping Liability.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website using this tracking number.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. Nexora is not liable for any customs-related delays, seizures, or additional charges.
Shipping Liability
Nexora is not responsible for orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit unless insured shipping was selected at checkout. If you selected insured shipping and your order is damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com and we will initiate a claim on your behalf with the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please: (1) check with neighbors or building management; (2) verify the delivery address on your order confirmation; and (3) contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a missing package report.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is solely the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Nexora bears no liability for any resulting delivery failures, delays, or lost packages. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly to attempt to resolve the issue.
Once a tracking number has been assigned to an order, the shipping address cannot be modified under any circumstances. The package will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout, and no refunds or replacements will be issued as a result of delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect before a tracking number has been assigned, contact us immediately at email.nexora.store@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated, as orders are processed quickly.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs. No refund will be issued for the original order in such cases.
Incorrect or Missing Items
You must report any issues with your order — including incorrect items received or missing contents — within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Reports submitted after 14 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for any refund or replacement, as the order will be deemed received in full and without issue.
To report an issue, contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with your order number, photos of what you received, and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
SECTION 4 — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of our health supplement products, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered items under any circumstances. All sales are final except where expressly covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee exclusively for customers who purchase a supply of at least 90 days, whether as a one-time purchase or through an active subscription where at least 3 consecutive months of product has been received and the customer has remained subscribed throughout that period.
To be eligible, ALL of the following conditions must be met without exception:
• You purchased at least a 90-day supply as a one-time order, or received at least 3 consecutive months of supply through an active subscription that remained active for the full duration;
• You used the product consistently every day for the full 90-day period as directed on the product label;
• You submit your refund request within 100 days of delivery (for one-time 90-day purchases) or within 10 days of completing your 90-day supply period (for subscriptions);
• You return the product in its original, factory-sealed, and unopened packaging — products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible regardless of circumstances;
• You provide proof of purchase along with your return shipment;
• You attest in writing that you used the product as directed and did not achieve your hoped-for results.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Nexora is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Refunds will not be processed until the returned package is received at our facility and has been inspected and confirmed to meet all eligibility requirements.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request" and include your order number, date of delivery, and a brief description of your experience. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 5-7 business days. Once your return is received, inspected, and confirmed eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:
• Purchases of 30-day or 60-day supplies — all sales of these order sizes are final;
• Opened, used, or tampered products of any kind;
• Subscription orders canceled before completing 3 full consecutive months of active use;
• Requests submitted outside the applicable time windows stated above;
• Returns shipped without prior authorization from our team;
• Returns that arrive damaged, opened, or otherwise not in original factory-sealed condition;
• Purchases made through third-party sellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers;
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
SECTION 5 — SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
How Subscriptions Work
By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Nexora to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment is processed. By placing a subscription order, you acknowledge, understand, and accept these recurring billing terms in full.
Subscription Confirmation
After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive two separate emails: (1) an order confirmation for your initial purchase, and (2) a subscription confirmation outlining your recurring billing schedule and details. Please retain both of these emails for your records. Your renewal date will be clearly stated in your subscription confirmation email.
Your subscription will renew automatically at 00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on your scheduled renewal date. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of your renewal date as communicated in your confirmation email.
Managing Your Subscription
To make changes to your subscription — including skipping a shipment, updating your payment method, modifying your shipping address, or changing your billing frequency — please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm all approved changes via email. Changes cannot be guaranteed for billing cycles that are within 48 hours of the renewal date.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you must send an explicit written cancellation request by email to email.nexora.store@gmail.com. Your email must clearly and unambiguously state that you are requesting cancellation of your subscription, and must include your order or subscription number and the email address associated with your account.
CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Your cancellation request must be received and confirmed by Nexora at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal, which processes at 00:01 AM EST on your renewal date.
Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled 00:01 AM EST renewal time will not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge. In such cases, the order will be processed and charged as scheduled. That order cannot be canceled or refunded once the charge has been initiated.
Your subscription is not considered canceled until you receive a written cancellation confirmation email from Nexora. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your request, your subscription remains active and you must follow up with us immediately. Nexora is not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received, are sent to an incorrect email address, or are otherwise not delivered to us.
We recommend submitting your cancellation request well in advance — ideally at least 72 hours before your renewal date — to allow sufficient processing time.
Billing & Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each billing cycle at 00:01 AM EST. You will be charged using the payment method on file. We will send you an email notification when your subscription renews and when your order ships. Subscription prices are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any price adjustments before they take effect. Your continued subscription following a notified price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscription Refund Eligibility
Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds unless the customer has received at least 3 consecutive months of supply while remaining actively subscribed, meets all requirements under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee outlined in Section 4, and returns the product in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging. Cancellations made before completing 3 full months of active subscription are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
SECTION 6 — CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
Before initiating a chargeback, credit card dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, you agree to first contact Nexora at email.nexora.store@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and in good faith.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement. In such cases, Nexora reserves the right to: (a) dispute the chargeback and submit all available evidence of your order, agreement to these Terms, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor; (b) flag your account and refuse future orders; and (c) pursue recovery of any amounts owed, including any fees incurred by Nexora as a result of the chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed and subsequently found to be unwarranted, you agree to be responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by Nexora in contesting the dispute, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Legitimate disputes arising from non-delivery (where tracking shows no delivered status within 90 days) or product defects reported within applicable timeframes will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 — HEALTH, MEDICAL & FDA DISCLAIMER
The statements made regarding Nexora products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory body. Our products are dietary supplements and are not medications. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
All information provided on our website — including product descriptions, ingredient information, and suggested benefits — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely solely on information from our website to make decisions about your health.
Results from using our products vary significantly between individuals and are not guaranteed. By purchasing and consuming Nexora products, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with the use of dietary supplements, including but not limited to the risk of adverse reactions, interactions with other substances, or failure to achieve desired results. You acknowledge that:
• Individual results from using our products vary and are not guaranteed;
• Nexora makes no representation or warranty as to specific health outcomes;
• You have read and will read all product labels, ingredient lists, and warnings before use;
• You will discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse effects;
• The decision to use our products is made voluntarily and at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & WEBSITE CONTENT
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that information on our website — including product descriptions, pricing, shipping estimates, and availability — is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website at any time without obligation to update previously published information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor our website for any changes that may be relevant to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
SECTION 12 — USER SUBMISSIONS & REVIEWS
If you submit a product review, testimonial, feedback, photo, or any other content to Nexora — whether through our website, email, or any other channel — you grant Nexora a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, translate, and create derivative works from such content for any purpose related to our business, without compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. You agree that your submissions will not contain false, misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
Testimonials and reviews represent the individual experience of the person who submitted them and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results. Nexora reserves the right to edit submissions for grammar, length, or clarity, and to decline to publish any submission at its sole discretion.

SECTION 15 — FORCE MAJEURE
Nexora shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results directly or indirectly from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters; pandemics or public health emergencies; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government actions, restrictions, or regulations; labor disputes or strikes; carrier failures, disruptions, or delays; customs seizures or delays; power outages; or any other event or circumstance outside our reasonable control (collectively, "Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material delays caused by a Force Majeure Event and to resume normal operations as quickly as practicable. A Force Majeure Event does not entitle you to a refund unless the event results in permanent non-delivery of your order and your tracking information does not show a Delivered status within 90 days of purchase.

YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you and you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXORA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; PERSONAL INJURY; PROPERTY DAMAGE; COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES — EVEN IF NEXORA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXORA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER NEXORA WAS AWARE OF OR ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
