At Nexora, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Return & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our health supplement products, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered items under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the safety, integrity, and quality of our products for all customers.

All sales are final except where expressly covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.


90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee because we genuinely believe in our products. If you have used our product consistently as directed for the full 90-day period and are not satisfied with your results, we will issue you a full refund — provided all eligibility requirements below are met.

Who qualifies:

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively to customers who have purchased or received at least a 90-day supply of product, either through a one-time 90-day purchase or through an active subscription where at least 3 consecutive months of supply has been received.

The guarantee does not apply to 30-day or 60-day supply purchases. All sales of those order sizes are final, no exceptions.

Eligibility requirements:

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met without exception:

  • You purchased at least a 90-day supply as a one-time order, or received at least 3 consecutive months of supply through an active subscription that remained active for the full duration
  • You submit your refund request within 90 days of delivery.
  • You return the product in its original, factory-sealed, and completely unopened packaging — products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with in any way are not eligible, regardless of circumstances
  • You provide proof of purchase along with your return shipment
  • You email us your return tracking number — if you do not provide tracking information and the package does not arrive at our facility, we will be unable to issue a refund

If you have received an unopened product and wish to return it, please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns of unopened items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To qualify, the product must be in its original, factory-sealed, and completely unopened condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria. Nexora cannot take responsibility for unauthorized returns shipped to an incorrect address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping charges.


How to Request a Refund

Email us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee Refund Request" and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your date of delivery
  • A brief description of your experience with the product

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and provide you with return instructions if your request is approved. Do not ship anything back before receiving return instructions from us.

Once your return is received at our facility, inspected, and confirmed to meet all eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend shipping your return with a trackable and insured shipping service, as Nexora is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. You must email us your return tracking number once the shipment has been sent. If you do not provide tracking information and the package does not arrive at our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will investigate promptly and, if the damage is verified, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

No replacement or refund will be issued for damaged products without photo evidence. We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for damaged orders reported more than 14 days after confirmed delivery.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, you must report the issue within 14 days of your delivery date. Contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with your order number, photos of what you received, and a description of the issue. Reports submitted after 14 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for any resolution, as the order will be considered received in full and without issue.


Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee that will be deducted from any refund issued. We will not know the exact amount of this fee until we are charged by the carrier. By refusing your package, you accept responsibility for this return shipping cost.

Please also note that refused shipments can get lost in the return process. If you refuse your shipment and it does not make it back to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. For this reason, we strongly recommend accepting your package and contacting us to properly arrange a return rather than refusing delivery at the door.


Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any reason attributable to information provided by the customer, we will not reship the order at our cost. You may request a reshipment, in which case an additional shipping fee will apply. No refund will be issued for the original order in these cases.


Subscription Refund Eligibility

Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds unless the customer has received at least 3 consecutive months of supply while remaining actively subscribed, meets all conditions of the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee outlined above, and returns the product in its original, factory-sealed, unopened packaging.

Subscriptions canceled before completing 3 full consecutive months of active supply are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details on how to cancel your subscription correctly.


Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances, no exceptions:

  • Purchases of 30-day or 60-day supplies — all sales of these order sizes are final
  • Opened, used, or tampered products of any kind
  • Subscription orders canceled before completing 3 full consecutive months
  • Requests submitted outside the applicable time windows stated in this policy
  • Returns shipped without prior authorization from our team
  • Returns that arrive at our facility in opened, damaged, or non-original condition
  • Returns for which no tracking information was provided and which do not arrive at our warehouse
  • Purchases made through third-party sellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to information provided by the customer
