About This Policy
Nexora ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Subscription") according to the following terms ("Subscription Terms"). When we refer to "you" or "your," we mean you, the person placing a Subscription order through the Nexora website.
Your use of the Nexora website is also governed by our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Subscription Terms by reference. By placing a Subscription order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Subscription Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders enter our fulfillment system immediately upon placement to ensure fast processing and delivery. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy regardless of the reason for the cancellation request.
If you would like to return an order after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of an eligible country as confirmed at checkout. By placing a Subscription order, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Subscription orders from individuals who do not meet eligibility criteria.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a Subscription, you authorize Nexora to automatically create and charge a new order according to the delivery frequency you selected at checkout, until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged before each shipment is processed.
After completing your Subscription purchase, you will receive two separate emails:
- Order Confirmation — confirming your initial order and payment
- Subscription Confirmation — confirming your recurring billing schedule, renewal date, and delivery frequency
Please retain both emails for your records. Your renewal date will be clearly stated in your Subscription Confirmation email. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of your renewal date.
Your Subscription will remain active and continue to renew automatically until it is canceled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Payment & Renewal
The total amount charged for each Subscription order will be the price of the item on the day that order is processed, less any applicable Subscription discount, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Charges for each Subscription shipment will be billed to the payment method used when you created your Subscription. If we are unable to process your Subscription order using your original payment method, you authorize us to attempt to charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.
Subscription discounts and pricing are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will apply to future orders, and you will be notified in advance before any price adjustment takes effect. Your continued subscription following notification of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Some order details may change over time, including price, availability, taxes, and shipping charges. If a product is unavailable when your order is scheduled to ship, we reserve the right to fulfill your order with a substantially similar product that we reasonably believe will meet your expectations.
Managing Your Subscription
To make changes to your Subscription — including skipping a shipment, updating your payment method, modifying your delivery address, or changing your billing frequency — please contact us at email.nexora.store@gmail.com with your Subscription number and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm all approved changes by email.
Changes to your Subscription cannot be guaranteed for billing cycles that are within 48 hours of your scheduled renewal.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Subscription, you must send an explicit written cancellation request by email to email.nexora.store@gmail.com. Your email must clearly state that you are requesting cancellation and must include:
- Your order or Subscription number
- The email address associated with your account
Requests submitted through any other channel — including social media, comments, or any method other than direct email — will not be considered valid and will not be processed.
Cancellation Deadline
Subscriptions renew automatically at 00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on your scheduled renewal date. Your cancellation request must be received and confirmed by Nexora at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal.
Example: If your Subscription renews on the 20th of the month at 00:01 AM EST, your cancellation request must be received by us no later than 00:01 AM EST on the 18th.
We strongly recommend submitting your request at least 72 hours in advance to allow sufficient processing time.
What happens if you cancel too close to your renewal date:
Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before your scheduled renewal will not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge. In such cases, the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled. That order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once the charge has been initiated, unless it qualifies under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Cancellation Confirmation
Your Subscription is not considered canceled until you receive a written cancellation confirmation email from Nexora. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your request, your Subscription remains active. Please follow up immediately if you do not receive a confirmation.
Nexora is not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received due to incorrect email addresses, technical failures on the sender's end, or spam filtering.
Effect of Cancellation
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
- No further orders will be created or charged beyond your current billing cycle
- Any order that has already been processed and shipped before your cancellation was confirmed will not be refunded
- If you reactivate your Subscription at a later date, any Subscription discount applied may differ from the discount in effect at the time of your original cancellation
Refund Eligibility After Cancellation
Cancellation of a Subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. All refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. Specifically:
- Orders that have already been processed and shipped at the time of your cancellation request are not eligible for a refund on the basis of cancellation alone
- Subscriptions canceled before you have received a full 3 consecutive months of supply are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under any circumstances
- Refunds, where eligible, will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval
Our Right to Modify or Terminate
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Subscription Terms, change Subscription benefits, adjust discount amounts, or terminate any Subscription at any time without prior notice. If we terminate your Subscription, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.
If any modification to these Subscription Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the remaining terms. Your continued participation in the Subscription program following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your Subscription.
Non-Transferability
Your Subscription is personal to you. You may not assign, transfer, or share your Subscription or any associated benefits with any third party without our prior written authorization.
